Mail Orders
When will my order arrive?
If you placed an order for your certificate or laminated card to be mailed to you, it should arrive within the next 7 - 10 business days.
If you are from Utah, your official permit will be sent through the mail by the state within 30 days from the day you pass your exam. A temporary certificate is available while waiting for the official permit to come in the mail.
While you are waiting for your order, you are welcome to view, download or print any of your documents just open your Print/Download menu where you can see, download or print any of your documents.
Even if you don't have immediate access to a printer, you are welcome to download the PDF version of each document which you can save to your computer or send as an email attachment anyone.
