Can I skip course and go straight to the test?
> For the Food Handlers certification, you must pay the fee and complete the course before you can take the exam. Course is required before taking the exam as required by the local health dept.
> For the Food Managers certification, there is an option to pay an EXAM ONLY fee, course is optional except for the CIty of Chicago in the state of IL.
