Exam Lengths

Basic Food Handlers - 40 questions that must be completed in one session. You have unlimited attempts to pass, but after 2 failed attempts you will have to review the course to acces the test again. Passing is between 70% & 80%, depending on your state and county.

Managers Exam- Proctored exam is 95 questions with a 72% passing score with only 2 attempt to pass. For the Texas online exam, the test is 75 questions and the passing score is 71% with 2 attempts to pass.

Alcohol Servers  - 30 - 40 questions depending on the state
